  If any purchase turns out to be faulty let us know immediately and we will replace it or refund your payment, including postage costs you have incurred to return the goods. 

You are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period for any purchase you make from us.

  Return of non faulty goods  after the 7 day cooling off period is solely at the discretion of Creighton Guitar Parts and will exclude refund of postage paid by you to return goods which are not faulty. If you are not sure  the item you  are interested in  will suit your needs please contact us before you buy to avoid disappointment.
